Q. What is your return policy?
A. All returns must be in their original packaging, if applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post so you are advised take out postal insurance

We will refund the value of the goods upon receipt of them or exchange them if requested. When returning items to us please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order Number and the reason for the return. Please note that all orders must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Q. Can I pay with my credit card over the phone?
A. Yes you can, you can call the salon and one of our staff will take your payment details and process the payment, you will require your order number if you have placed the order already via the site. You can also pay via Paypal, cheque (please allow cheques to clear for 7 days prior to items being dispatached) or postal order. Q. I Live Abroad, how much will the postage be to here??
A. We deliver to Europe, USA and most major countries, postage for international will be the same terms and conditions as if you were in the UK.
Q. What Is Your Policy On Leaving Feedback?
A. Because we are a large business we use an automated feedback system. This means that if you have a complaint and you decide to leave negative feedback please contact us beforehand to try and resolve the issue first. Q. Will I have to pay customs Duty?
A. All countries outside the EU have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority.*Please note we are not in a position to refund any customs/import duty paid. Please also note that due to strict Airmail weight restrictions some orders must be split into seperate parcels before dispatch.
Q. 14 Day Money Back Guarantee?
A. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in there original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods inline with our returns policy.

A. All Our Items Are Brand New and electrical goods will come guranteed.

Q. Will I recieve the same item that is seen in the photographs?
A. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. We strive to faithfully reproduce images of the items we sell, however, manufacturers constantly update and improve the design and specification of products and it is not always possible to update product images as quickly as the lines change. The item you receive will be of equal quality and value to that shown in the listing. In the case of listings where we have indicated that the colour of the item may differ from the colour represented in the listing pictures, please be assured that quality will not be compromised and that the item will be identical to the product displayed in every detail apart from the colour. Items where the colour may differ from that advertised are clearly indicated in the listing.

Q. Shipments of Aerosols to Non UK country
Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols cannot be shipped by Air and are now shipped via "surface mail". Please be aware that this can take considerably longer than standard Airmail services. If you have ordered an aerosol with other items the entire parcel will be sent via surface mail.

Q. Will my order require a signature
A.The majority of our orders will require a signature upon delivery however anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods.

Q. If I live in Southern Ireland or the Channel Islands will there be an additional postage charge?
A. There is an additional charge of £15 on some items to Southern Ireland and the Channel Islands due to extra courier charges. Generally these will be heavier items that cannot be sent by regular postal services and these items will have additional courier information added at the foot of the listing.
Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be SUBSTANTIAL for delivery to any of the areas listed if in doubt then PLEASE GET A QUOTE before purchasing an item (email us with your postcode, item number and product name).
